Horrible! Administration has no trust in faculty and staff. Lack of support and tools to do your job. Workload is so unreasonable compared to other universities. Average workweek: 60+ hours, unable to take vacation two years in a row, concerns fall on deaf ears.
High pressure. No support. Those with power abuse it.
Not very pleasant.
Friendly, laid back, supportive.
