Positions are advertised on the various international teaching job boards. Candidates send their CVs to CNAQ's HR website with a post's referral number. A short list of candidates are contacted by phone or email and requested to attend an interview in person or over the phone. If that interview is successful, the candidate will be invited to attend another interview.
