I love the team, but the pay kinda sucks

I’ve been making the exact same amount of money since I started in 2018. The team is amazing and I get to work from home though so I don’t complain. I do work at quite a few remote teaching positions and while U of C pays the least of them all, I have the best work culture. In my opinion, that’s worth more than money, but it is something U of C should consider adjusting.

Too much talk on website about being inclusive but in reality, a totally different experience for racialized employees on the team I was in. So many contract positions, the team was like a revolving door

What is the best part of working at the company?Friendly atmosphere. A university setting with lots of things happening . My job was always interesting.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Not getting enough notice when shifts were assigned.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Young and always different. Catering to students as well as upper management and out of town guests.
