They tell you everything is fine but don’t give you a raise or motivation to aim hire. And then if you make a mistake, they talk about it weeks later and you’re surprised they didn’t bring it up sooner.
Emails - nothing happens nothing changes
Aggressive, not tactful and you get attacked for suggesting common sense be used.
Not much in the way of feedback: just an end of the year brief by the head of the program
