a job
Very difficult to maintain a safe working environment for patients and staff. We were frequently asked to do more with less and were punished for speaking out. The hospital does not have enough staff or enough beds.

Good place to work
Good management, coworkers are very supportive, clean, nice building. Nice place to work. All days at work are different. Can be very busy. A typical day at work: assessment, medication administration, dressing changes, receiving from surgeries, sending to surgeries, etc

Busy, high volume business
I worked for Compass group as we were contracted to operate their Cafe, and Tim Hortons locations. The were a fair client to communicate with. LHSC put an premium on trying to meet their clients and staff’s needs.
