Not worth it- V toxic workplace and poor leadership

Dysfunctional is not sufficient to describe this organization. Understaffed, overworked with toxic management and poor leadership. V hierarchical , image concerned, politics based, greedy and bureaucratic. No clear mechanisms to file an anonymous complaint to HR against managers, no oversight of research operations at MAP and toxic people at management. Avoid working in research at all costs there .

The workload was unmanageable at times and management did little to solve. People were nice overall but management was unsupportive and there was a culture of blame.

Lack of leadership, poor management, and high turnover of employees with no job stability. High workload with no overtime pay. Dysfunctional organization with lack of accountability among management.

Good place for growth and development. My department was very supportive with furthering my education. Typical gossip and drama, but overall, great place to work
