Decent place to work
I worked at the premium brand, Market Street, it's not a bad place to work, on the low end of salary competition, but benefits and work/life balance help make up for some of that. There is room for advancement if you have the right manager in your department, if not you can always transfer stores to move up so there are opportunities. They are now a part of a larger corporation that has stores all over the country so you could potentially even cross brands if you wanted to stay in a similar area but move cities or states.
Cons
Lower management salary
