Getting in, is the easy part.
Seen many of men laid off with no notice. Fortunately you will make enough per hour, for the lay-off not to be immediately devastating. However, u may or may not be called back to work, in the near future. There’s lots of variables that will come into play. Therefore, when the work is presenting itself, it be hove of u to work all the hours allowed.
Pros
Compensation
Cons
Staying steady year round

Challenging career field with lots of travel.
This job is for someone that is dedicated to the construction trade and who don't mind sometimes being required to travel long hours to obtain work. During the period of time that I was employed there, work was scarce in my area and I was being required to sometimes leave home on Sunday night and not return until Friday night, in order to find work. Having two young kids at home this was not the family life I wanted for them or me.
Pros
Good pay and benefits when working.
Cons
layoffs and required travel is a part of the profession.
