Great trade
If you're afraid of heights when you start this job you'll either get over it or have a hard time. It's physical but rewarding work. 0

Multitude of courses within the Local, Great work environment
I absolutely love my local, Courses are free and benefits are the best you can get in Canada. The only issue i have with it is lack of work during the winter months. I much prefer job security than being on a list 4 months out of the year.
