Typical day at Uniserve requires one to dawn several hats in the organization.
If you don't spend time above and beyond what is required, your job never get's done. Management has an idea of what to do, but lacks the ability to follow through. Company is very sales oriented and it often hurts them as they over sell and under deliver regularly to their customer.
There are some bright minds there, but they are overburdened with work to actually make a significant change.
Don't see these issues changing any time soon.
Pays around 30% below market average, understaffed, no policies or proper tools to get the required job done correctly.
