There's Such a thing as too much change
Too much change is not good. The management team that came on in 2016 was really there to make a difference. But that all began to change in the spring and with it- the culture turned toxic. Uniserve will never reach its potential with those in charge unless managers treat employees better.
Everyone is afraid they will be fired. The managers that - more... wanted to make a change were dismissed. History seems to be repeating itself.
Broken promises. Lower than industry wages. Culture of disrespect and fear.
