There's Such a thing as too much change
Written by Customer Service/Technical Support/Ops (Current Employee) from Vancouver, BC on 1 October 2018
Too much change is not good. The management team that came on in 2016 was really there to make a difference. But that all began to change in the spring and with it- the culture turned toxic. Uniserve will never reach its potential with those in charge unless managers treat employees better.

Everyone is afraid they will be fired. The managers that - more... wanted to make a change were dismissed. History seems to be repeating itself.

Broken promises. Lower than industry wages. Culture of disrespect and fear.

Many people are looking for new jobs myself included.

4 CEOs in as many years.

ProsNone anymore
ConsLow pay, long hours, revolving door of management, negative culture
