You are expected to work 9hrs a day if you have a full-time position. sometimes they ask to extend even more hours depending on business needs. Management is extremely strict for just a regular retail job, high expectations for basic pay. Compared to most retail jobs, Uniqlo is more challenging. It’s definitely not a beginner joh but you can apply as a first time part timer and learn so much from this company. Productive and fun enviroment
Overall, Uniqlo is a good workplace. Everyone who works there are all friendly and kind, schedule and hours is alright. The management is good. Except for the fact that during October to January is blackout season means no vacations or time offs for both Full and Part-time works.What would you say about your employer?
