The flyers are saying ever 3 months, yeah that's false advertisement. It is every 3 month you are eligible to apply for a raise. Doesn't mean you will have it, and honestly the work you have to do afterwards to actually get it (Evaluation, having to stand out and passing an exam). Not worth it.

You first take a self-evaluation test and after scoring a certain amount of points and submitting a career step-up, they'll prep you for a test. If you pass the test you get promoted.
