Nice place for new employees, older ones get treated with no respect

I loved working there when I fist started until my boss started making unnecessary remarks and comments. A lot of employees dislike the way the schedules are made and the overstaffing that cuts hours for everyone.
I started as a student when I was doing my stage at the pharmacy. I would’ve to do stage once a week from school it was part of the course. I would’ve to find my own pharmacy and start my stage. In the beginning I wasn’t good because I didn’t have the proper technic and training from school. I would’ve to learn my own way. School would provide to teach such as math, meds, and the software that’s used in the system when to enter in the prescription. But gradually with time I improved and the owner offered me a job. I took this opportunity so that it would be very good for me to start off somewhere and learn a lot.
The employees are very kind and helpful
There’s no lunch break, only when it’s not a rush hour or busy I would able to take my lunch break
