Company is a huge MNE and takes care of its employees. with good benefits.

Trainee Engineer (Former Employee) –  Itapissuma, PE11 October 2018
As almost every production plant, the routine was very restrict. I learned a lot in many different ways. I had good and bad examples and i could learn from each one of them. The high staff were a little confused sometimes. The communication was not good among them.
The hardest part of the job was to reconcile the different demands of each one of the coordinators. The most enjoyable part was to be recognized by the manager for a good job.
Pros
Recognition by the managers
Cons
The conflict between the high staff.

Associate Finance Manager (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON3 June 2018
Great place to work, with a great culture and great products. However, not much opportunity for advancement within Finance if you are not open to positions outside Canada, especially if you wish to reach a manager-level position.

Unilever - A place to learn
In-Store Manager (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON18 May 2018
Unilever is a platform to learn and interact. If one wants to learn new skills and experiences it can be the best place to start.
Listed as one of the best-performing companies, having Unilever on your resume can give your career boost.
The best part of your job would be the culture that Unilever provides, it has an open environment where you can interact freely with your peers and seniors.
In my stay with Unilever, I learned important management skills like how to manage brands, key accounts, events, and activations.

due the the serene environment provided I could work long hours with little or no supervision.

They relocated to Missouri. Apparently moving to the States made more sense than operating out of Brampton. There is a facility in Etobicoke which is still operating.

Fairly Decent Place to Work
Machine Operator (Current Employee) –  Simcoe, ON23 January 2018
Overall it is a very good place to work other than the lack of communication and bumps and snags with management. There are often times when management will fail to pass a long infomation to employees that is needed to do their jobs and therefor the job itself will suffer.
