Job was pretty boring but not stressful, good hours, good enough pay, people are friendly but pretty sure they fired me and just hired another temp so they don't have to hire me as an actual employee and pay any benefits.
free lunches, low stress, decent pay
Excellent chemistry with co-workers. Unfortunately, sometimes management has other plans.....don't always listen to employees and advancement is not really promoted.

Depuis que la nouvelle administration est en place 2 ans environs, la culture d'entreneurship et le respect des employés et de la clientèle s'est effondré. Le taux de roulement des employés est effroyable, tant les bons éléments partent ou se font mettre à la porte par des restructurations interminables.
Staffed by the most evil people I've ever met. Harrassment of a gender specific physical nature is accepted as normal or swept under the rug. Bullying the same. The job itself, what I was doing day to day, was fine actually. It was this toxic environment and evil people that made my time there stressful and horrible.
L’environnement de travail est convivial malgré des choses à améliorer. Le staff dirigeants est soucieux du bien-être des employés. Il est souhaitable que le traitement salarial soit révisé pour le bonheur de tous. Il est très cool de travailler dans cette entreprise.
They don't care about their employees unless you're in management. You're treated unfairly, punished for saying anything that doesn't agree with them. They care more about their bottom line than they do their employees well being and don't confront issues fairly. They penalize you for things beyond your control. wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

C'était agréable de travailler chez Uni-Select, il y avait une très belle ambiance, on se savait apprécié, et surtout il y avait une très belle collaboration. Après le changement au niveau de la direction, une toute nouvelle culture d'entreprise si est installer, et l'atmosphere a changer. Disont que c'est beaucoup plus stressant mainenant, avec un peu moins d'appui.

It depends on your personality. if you are a rational person who genuinely understands how to make the workplace better. the irrational people will target you and try to get you into trouble with the management so you can't present your ideas. the management doesn't help the rational employee. Rational-Bad. irrational-Good Which one are you?
What was once a great company has turned into a world of uncertainty over the last few years. Morale is on a constant decline and job security is almost nonexistent, especially in the office. As the head office grows, every other division shrinks. Management no longer has any interest in investing in their own employees and helping them grow within the company unless you’re bilingual and work at the Boucherville head office.

I worked at uni for a little more about 4 months. they always took advantage of my being shy and made it hard for me to speak up. so if you shy, DON'T APPLY. if your very outgoing it should be easier for you. also if you call them but it goes to there voice mail. DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. they will ignore it. due to be being very scared of uper management i could not take it no more. but if you dont mind anything i have mentioned go for it. but be warred about gossip. there are people who are still working there who like to do that. you'll know first day. also DON'T HELP OTHER PEOPLE. the reason i say this is because, if your numbers low they might fire you. Over all the uper management is mean but most of the people who work there is nice. there the only reason i kept coming back was because of the nice people who i worked with. but be warned!
