Thank you for your input. You are entitled to your opinion.
Just to clarify, we do not and can not ask an employee to sign away their rights. All our documents and policies comply with Employment Standards. It is unfortunate that you feel the way you do.
All the best in your future endeavors.
To address your concerns on the orientation, you were more than aware that we had to have someone on the site as quickly as possible. We hired you with all your past education and security training and made you a Site Supervisor which would mean that you were MORE than trained and qualified. You read and signed all our documents which included the Averaging Agreement and you had no concerns at that time. You were also aware of the site that you were working before you did your first shift.
Thanks for your positive feedback, it is much appreciated!
very sorry to hear this, first time for everything. to clarify we DO NOT DOCK anything as that is against the ministry of labor.
We are sorry you had a bad experience here, you can never please everyone. but we try our hardest too. with the "dock you without any form" is not something we do here. you really need to check that out and fully explain that to us, according to MOL its against the law, and that's 100 % in violation.
With uniforms, we don't take them back, as you have worn them. we issue new uniforms to new employees, not used, worn ones.
