Great team spirit at AD OPT group ( a division of Kronos). Even during rough periods teams were getting together to deliver and keep the clients happy

Great place to Work!

Consultant (Current Employee) - Kronos - Services and Distribution - 15 April 2021

I've worked as a Consultant for about 6 years. This job is not easy and is not for everyone, but it is a great job if you are a good worker. First of all, if you do not know what you are doing, then you will not last. If you are used to a job that you sit around 4 hours a day, then you will not last. We work to bill over 30 hours per week to various projects. It is an incredible culture. We really do work as a team. If I have a customer requirement I can simply send out a group email and everyone will chime in on how to solve the issue. The job pays well compared to similar work (not as a consultant). There can be travel. The amount varies based on the group. Management is great and competent. Most managers
