I've worked as a Consultant for about 6 years. This job is not easy and is not for everyone, but it is a great job if you are a good worker. First of all, if you do not know what you are doing, then you will not last. If you are used to a job that you sit around 4 hours a day, then you will not last. We work to bill over 30 hours per week to various projects. It is an incredible culture. We really do work as a team. If I have a customer requirement I can simply send out a group email and everyone will chime in on how to solve the issue. The job pays well compared to similar work (not as a consultant). There can be travel. The amount varies based on the group. Management is great and competent. Most managers

Environnement de travail simple et accueillant

C'est un travail répétitif et à la chaîne mais avec une équipe accueillante. Le travail n'est pas trop difficile, je fessais majoritairement des test sur la qualité du produit et chacun a un espace suffisant pour travailler. La propreté laissait un peu à désirée mais sinon j'ai eu une bonne expérience.

The growing startup

I worked at PeopleDoc full-time (More than a year) Young and dynamic company, it was really cool to work there. With a startup mentality, everytime in the rush because of the growing market but still time to take care of the employees with internal event. A lots of work to do and a good place to evoluate. However, the startup was growing to fast - Difficult to organize and process the interaction between each service. The change is in progress but maybe to slowly to avoid tension and frustration.

Wonderful Experience

Team and culture were amazing. Absolutely wonderful place to work at. Incredible employee benefits and workplace environment. Only con was that compensation was slightly lower, but still, absolutely recommend anyone to work here.

Excellent work environment

The company invests in on-boarding and training employees fully. Company culture is vibrant and diverse. Work is conducted very collaboratively, with a perspective of open communication and sharing. There are constant opportunities for learning and growing.

No free lunch here and if your cup of tea is to be the best of the best and maintain that pace this is the place for you. Money will be good and challenges will be oncoming every day. Few can sustain the relentless delivery process of every day proving your worth. I would liken the culture to a constant sell, sell, sell yourself.
