Performance Coach and Development Officer (Current Employee) –  Loughborough26 February 2013
This role involved the day to day management of a group of internation athletes, coordinating input from support staff. I wrote, managed and implemented their daily training program, providing physiocal, technical and lifestyle input.
I have been the GB Junior Team Coach for horizontal jumps for the past three years, supporting athletes at the World and European Junior Championships. This culminated with two of the female athletes winning Gold and Bronze in the long jump at the 2012 World Junior Championships.
