Good for flexibility
If you enjoy working on your own sched not having a boss, cool but after it gets old. Its mostly unstable money coming in, looking for consistent money, won’t find it here
Delivery Driver in Ontario

Choose your own hours but make so little you have to work all the time
Frequently make less than minimum wage after expenses. Years ago pay was great but Ubers reduced base pay year after year to where you only receive 2-3 dollers per order and depend entirely on tips. Not remotely worth destroying your vehicle for and you have to work more than 40 hours a week to survive

Uber tells a lie. There is no support Pay is terrible. Phone support is a joke. People are not trained on how to help drivers or customers only on how to put you on hold for two minutes and then say they cannot help. Driver pay is low now

Enjoyed helping people get around town
I worked for Uber back in 2017-2018, so I suppose it was very different back then. I enjoyed meeting so many different people from all over the world. In general, it was a pleasant experience. The biggest problem were the Montreal roads. It was very hard on vehicle suspension systems, and repairs were costly.
