Already left UPS and it is the most worst employer in all of Canada and Ontario ..worked for them for over 3 months as a Driver helper for the peak season .... Was promised a bonus of 20 dollars a day as long as i did not quit before the peak season contract expired ...my contract officially January 4 th but UPS kept me on working the rest of the month ofJanuary to help with the back log at end of January contacted human resources about when the bonus would be paid out was told bonus would be paid February 2 nd checked my bank account and low and behold no bonus was issused so i packed up my uniforms and went to depot and got extremely heated battle with union rep and acting supervisor the supervisor was a complete mouthy butt hole and the union rep was a zombie from the walking dead tv show ...Ups has no respect for it's employees or the customers that use UPS services ....during my time with UPS i worked with 2 drivers and both of my drivers were the greatest i ever worked with ... They both had been employed with UPS for years and they borh shared their experiences at UPS and they both told me how disfuctional and disorganized and disrespectful UPS really is towards all of it's employees no matter how much longevity they have with the company ...and how if they union needs to address and concerns the union just shrugs it's shoulders and washes their hands of any concerns ...my personal opinion UPS needs to close it's doors in Canada and go back to America where they belong !!!
