Tytan is a decent place to work, as they understand that you need a work/life balance in order to be at your most productive. The management is ok, but they can be hard to work with as they have minimal management training or experience.
They are great for customer satisfaction, as they are always willing t go the extra mile.
The CEO is a good guy, - more... he founded the company himself from his own garage, so he really demonstrates his commitment to the company. - less
ProsFree lunches, beers after work with the company, flexibility to work from home (position pending)
ConsLack of accountability, sales reps can be hard to work with, no HR in place
