Resident Dorm Advisor (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON22 April 2012
The life of an RA, resident adviser, is never off. While on residence the role is always in effective, it is challenging and rewarding. There is a variety of meetings and events an RA must prepare and in Tyndale's context the position is indeed a ministry. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Pros
great personal growth, team building, mentoring
Cons
busy, always someone watching you and always being on
