Doesn’t fit

They accept moves for people who absolutely no means of paying for the time and labour the Swampers put in to their jobs and personally, it’s a very stressful job, get your friends to help you move, not this company!

Your morning is spent cleaning a mess made by previous drivers. All unpaid. This company has no accountability . Their problems are placed on the backs of the customers and the movers. This is an ok job to take if you need something quick but not permanent.

Unpaid pre-trip/post-trip inspections, unpaid fueling and daily maintenance of vehicle, horrible communication starting at sales all the way down to driver/mover, no real safety program, no advancement program, horrible wages, consistently doing damage control from the messes made from sales and dispatch

inexperience management

The worst company to work for. Dispatcher was clueless and didn't know what she was doing. I wouldn't recommend this job to my worst enemy. Paycheque were constantly wrong.

The employees are good guys

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for moving services or employment. My old co-workers were great guys, upper management had a lot of flaws that the company chooses not to fix.
