Constantly improving but hours are unstable and hard to balance life and work
Management is great but pay and work life balance needs improving. Co workers are great and everyone gets along but constantly changing hours and work volume makes long term plans difficult

Positive and supporting work environment
I usually have a good day at work as well as have good coworkers can improve on my personal energy when it comes to work but i work at the best of my ability and have coworkers okay with helping me.

Hard job to do, often little gratitude
Hardest part of the job is trying to protect everything even things that are advised to customer, may not make a journey of 1000km Roads here suck. Leaving particle board items broken that then effects our score, customers unhappy with price effects my score,
