Stressful work environment
Not a very rewarding place to work. The warehouse along with their leaders are under constant criticism. Its a stressful unhappy workplace, the sales team walk all over the warehouse .

When an employee/manager/supervisor leave, the position is not filled, but the work is passed on to the rest of the team. You end up with more tasks that you have not done in past and you have to learn years after you start working there, you are not incentivized, or thanked for your efforts. ok working environment
ok place to work for short period of time, didn't think i was valued by management for the work i did. the shift would be fun with other people but short staffing numbers burnt me out

Best decision to leave
There were no KPIs to measure performance hence no basis for pay increase. Starting pay was the same as 5 years ago. No clear HR policies on vacation and sick leaves, tardiness, and so is prone to unfair employee treatment.This company has amazing products but sadly run by bad management.
