The work it self is nice and different, I just don't think agents are paid enough for all the work that they do and all the situations they get through, Also, Management does not care to make their agents happy or to keep the work place alive.
Prosget to deal with very wealthy people and learn from them
Consthere is absolutely no chance to grow within this company
