Turnabout began with my love for shopping and passion for playing with clothes and accessories. At the age of 23 I opened my first Turnabout store on South Granville.
From the beginning the fun concept of ‘turning about’ your wardrobe was an instant success. Our fresh approach and enthusiasm drew customers and captured media attention from national – more...and local TV, radio and print.
As the business grew I became more knowledgeable about beautiful clothing and high end labels, and the customer base expanded.
We now have four spacious stores. I’m still fascinated with the diversity, talent and accomplishments of our consigners, and I continue to take great pride in the honest service we provide. It’s important for customers to trust our merchandise and prices, and for consigners to have confidence in our accounting. The business has lasted and thrived due to this trust.

Be careful with this place. They promise you what they won’t give and find it funny to make you feel apprehensive about your job.
It’s a toxic environment, starting from the owners, the head office and management, to the sales associate that gossips about everything and everyone.
