Hospitals Solutions Call Operator (Former Employee) –  Pawtucket, RI20 June 2019
Overbearing patronizing supervisors, often times have to skip breaks to meet call times because the time it takes to log back into systems, systems and equipment frequently down, broken furniture, unclean. Would not recommend applying, not even as a temporary job.
Pros
Decent lunch options nearby if you have time to pick up food and actually finish it
Cons
workplace culture and Pamela

Poor management
Emergency Operator (Former Employee) –  Pawtucket, RI10 June 2019
The job itself is great you get to help people every day and potentially save lives. However the atmosphere is very unprofessional and there is a lot of drama that is not being rid of. Management is also very ghetto they will talk about inappropriate personal life while being at the management chair. Management can be on phones and abuse rules but if you were to do so you will be written up and potentially fired. Being one minute late is considered late and you will get written up. There are also no call outs even if it is an emergency it will count against you. Very poor management which makes what was a great job a very poor one.

Emergency Response Operator (Former Employee) –  Pawtucket, RI20 May 2019
worst place to work they harass you over work you do not care about you or any of your needs if someone were to die they would not excuse you from work you are required and expected to be there regardless of any emergencies if you are in the hospital in a coma they are counting that against you. They do not under any circumstance pay you anywhere what you should be paid for the amount of work they have you do. It is a horrible place to work

Unproductive filthy working environment
Support Specialist (Former Employee) –  Pawtucket, RI12 April 2019
My experience at Tunstall America's was at best horrifyingly terrible. The work environment is absolutly filty and disgusting. Managers were just about useless. If you needed help from managers don't waste breath as they would almost never assist with anything. There were some very fine folks working at Tunstall who don't deserve being treated the way the company treats them!
Pros
Free Roaches to eat

Unorganized place to work
Traditional answering Service (Former Employee) –  Pawtucket, RI27 March 2019
I worked with tunstall a few year. Although I’ve heard most people have left, the place was a mess. Unorganized. Pay was horrible compared to other call centers. If you are actually a professional and want to advance your career don’t bother. You will be wasting time with ghetto inexperienced co workers.
Pros
Interesting calls
Cons
Low pay. High turn over rate. Company gets bought out all the time. Job is not secure

Call Center Operator (Former Employee) –  Pawtucket, RI29 January 2019
This job is a on hands on job on the phone all day, helping patients with appointments and updating personal information! Some patients can be a little rude but you just handle it with care because you don't know what they are going through in their life at the moment!
Pros
Some times the have holiday events
Cons
breakes are short and some times they don't value their employees

Ideal part time employment. Company allows for paid time off and 401k benefits. Satisfactory working environment.Employees sit for most of the day so you don’t get much exercise. Overall a good working experience.

Customer Service Agent (Former Employee) –  Long Island, NY17 January 2019
The supervisors have their own clicks they refuse to work with you it’s very inconsistent . They expect you to do things that are above your pay and it’s mandatory to work holidays, just horrible.

Not a fun place to work
Costomer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Pawtucket, RI16 January 2019
Working at tunstall was horrible, the hiring team they smile in ur face, but they are back stabbing phonies they fire you as fast as they hire you, also the managers are phoney they tell you not to use the computers for personal use, but they are the ones on the computer ordering cloths, easter stuff ,shoes, christmas stuff ect. They also use their phones every chance they get. They don't practice what they preach, and they don't know how to train the workers right. There are bed bugs and roaches, no wonder every desk has food in the draws it's stinks and very discusting. OSHA should close that place down. So I suggest not working there.
Pros
Horrible place to work during lunch or break you have to provide your own fork, spoon, dish, and cups they don't provide anything for the workers, but want them to work like dogs..
Cons
Shorts breaks, not a good place to learn work ethics, management needs to get more training before becoming trainor's themselves.

Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) –  Long Island City, NY23 October 2018
I leave Tunstall thankful. Being a member of this company has allowed me to provide for my family. I thank this company for providing so graciously. Now, it is time for me to provide in other ways, via my presence. As tunstall moves forward I move forward as well, toward a continued commitment to my family.

Not a good place to work
Phone Operator (Former Employee) –  Pawtucket, RI9 October 2018
I dont recommend it. Not a good place to work. Too much work and not enough workers. They audit your calls but dont give raises. I would never work there again. Great job experience as far as the work you do. Gives you knowledge of medical terminology.

Company has a lot of potential. Not the right people to help the company reach it.
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Pawtucket, RI5 October 2018
The company needs to remove and replace a lot of the staff at the Pawtucket, RI. location. From as low as most of the newest hires to as high as the "Executive Assistant" to the company. Who, by the way, is extremely disrespectful and condescending to seemingly anyone who does not match her skin tone or is not above her position in the company. The managers are great for the most part. Half of the supervisors are great as well. The other half need to actually supervise. The pay you receive does not adequately compensate individuals for the amount of work expected of them. As in most cases, you get what you pay for.

Great Job for a Stepping Stone
Hospital Solutions Operator (Former Employee) –  Pawtucket, RI19 September 2018
You gain lots of experience here. As the title states this job is a stepping stone. Not a career. The people there are just trying to do their best with the limited resources they are provided.
Pros
Gain lots of experience in the call center field
Cons
Short breaks, low pay

Manager (Former Employee) –  Colorado9 September 2018
Benefits are good, have to work 90 days before you get them which is normal. Most in the management level are out for themselves, any concerns that are brought up about other employees, management practices are just pushed to the side, Even HR doesn't follow through on issues.
Be cautious.
