Easy to Learn Jobs
It was a good place when I first started but then we ran into some issues with some people just not working out. Generally a decent place to work. Lots of good people to work with.

Everyone is so nice.
Everyone is very nice to work with. There is new management who is making work much more organized. Good training. It now feels like one team. Everyone is a big team who help each other.

new management is making a difference
New Management is much better organized. We know what we need to do when we walk in the door. Everyone is very friendly and treats me nice. My hours are flexible so I can start early if I need to.

I could not work with the disorganization
I'm surprised they lasted this long. I worked there in 2018.... Management was too busy backstabbing and reorganizing to pay attention to fulfilling existing orders. Same was happening on the floor. Too disorganised for me. I was hired for the control panel dept. Spent most of my time helping maintenance/janitorial duties. You'll like it if you like wearing a leash and have no self respect.

Overall atmosphere: depressing! If you don’t want to go anywhere in life. This is the place for you. Managers don’t know how to direct their people to work. There is No room for growth unless your a aunt/uncle or friend of the management. Management doesn’t have a clue how to manage anything. No people skills no time management absolute no direction and very little training or if any at all. Management doesn’t recognize the hard work their workers do... because they are never there.
