What is the best part of working at the company?It’s all good and has very cooperative staff and calm atmosphere. Everyone seems to be concerned with their own work.No harassment at all.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?When some of customers don’t want to know the actual causes of delay in delivery.They are arguing why there orders are delay. They don’t want to know it’s because of the much work load of orders and transit time.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It’s very good . All the members are highly concerned with work, knowledgeable, cooperative and friendly at work.What is a typical day like for you at the company?I like all day while I did work.

It's a call centre

CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Nova Scotia - 18 November 2023

This job is the same as any call centre. It requires patience and the ability to not be listened to and be just a number. If you can easily accept overloads and change, it's great.
