What is the best part of working at the company?Never work here they are horrible everyone just a number and they can replace you. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Downtown office has bed bugs. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Cold and unwelcoming and it smell bad.

The Hours were a little bit stressful because I didn't have a car at the time and could not take the city bus because it stopped running an hour before my shift ended as I was getting done at 12am other then that it was fine

On your own from start to finish, support is minimal.

Highly push sales atmosphere with no commission. Hired for Customer care feels more like Inside Sales marketing + customer care + tech support all in one. Training is more a self training than training required for the intense task at hand once production arrives. Significant improvement needed with team management in general.
