I didn't find their sales objectives to be unreasonable at all. Provided that you do the work you're expected to do, you will have no problem hitting targets and qualifying for the generous incentive programs they provide. They pay reasonably for car allowance as well, and offer a good work-life balance. Management allows for a great deal of autonomy to get your work done - they trust you to do your job, and if you do you'll be rewarded... if not, you'll likely get canned.
