Outside Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  London, ON3 November 2017
Any door-to-door position has its challenges. I really enjoyed working with the TruGreen team. It is an environment where hard work and being able to self-manage pays off. The commission rate is fair and an enjoyable goal to aim for.

Horrible place to work
Lawn Care Technician (Current Employee) –  Barrie, ON17 August 2017
It is an unsafe and poorly run managed company that does not care about the employee's health and safety. It is a rotating cycle of people being hired then fired/quieting. Management is shows favoritism, they will over work you and will not care about your health.

Management and co workers are fantastic, generous compensation and lots of incentive activities and prizes. Loved working there and honestly it gave me more confidence in sales. However there is a fire under your chair to hit numbers so you must do well under pressure
