Its not for everyone if your looking to work lots take the job be ready tho to have no life and to make the move to the town of FSJ,GP,RD the money is not all that great if you need to rent a place in town good luck finding something for a good price

Not a good run company

Very smug owners. Poor communication skills, barely pay and suppose to be on call 24/7 with no standby. Then stating you work at the company name gets public laughing.

Good company to work for

They are willing to hire someone with their base tickets if it seems like they will be reliable. Middle management is pretty good at the GP branch and will take care of you, upper management on the other hand seems to be pretty disconnected from reality. Dispatch was alright sometimes and once you prove they can count on you, you will be sent out a lot if you want. If they like you they will take care of you.

Not a restrictive corporation

It's a small family business run by familly type people. The corporate ladder is very short and advancment can take many years. People come and get what they need to futher future careers and move on, or they stick around and do what they are passonate about. You can make your own way if you have that initiative

decent company to work for in my experience great equipment and support staff Never had an issue with coworkers or management the most enjoyable part of this work is that it takes place in the great outdoors not so enjoyable when it's sub-zero it was an overall great experience
