The insane workload. Having to stay and work for free long after your shift ends to ensure documentation and tasks are done or you’re hauled into the office.Answered 14 April 2020
I left Trinity cause of the work environment. Management expects you to be there even if you're sick they don't care as long as you fix there problems. You have to work there to know what I mean.Answered 4 February 2020
The culture set by the COO is one of a punitive measure. Despite dozens of reports to COO about the bullying in HR and unrealistic job expectations nothing is done. A blind eye is turned every single time. COO has single handedly allowed the workplace culture to be destroyed by one person. So sad for the residents and those of us working the real frontline. With the exit of some great managers morale has hit rock bottom again. Staff and residents deserve so much more.Answered 14 April 2020
