Good pay and benefits
Was a good place to work. Experience was good and work was steady when economy slowed. Management was flexible with hours if there were personal issues. Overall good place to be.

nice shop nasty manager
I was very excited for the opportunity to work at Trimac as a mechanic. With over thirty years in fleet maintenance experience, I felt had much to offer the company. However, it was to be a big mistake on my part to accept the position. I have NEVER been treated so badly by a shop manager in my life! It was a daily ritual of being treated with rudeness and contempt like I have never experienced before. From day one I knew I was not welcomed there.I struggled to learn the computer system, mainly from poor training, and being cursed and yelled at when I made a mistake did not help me learn. I put up with this vile treatment for two months, and quit. Went back to my previous employer for less money and benefits, as they were glad to have me return. So what should have been a step up in my career ended up with the worse treatment I have ever seen.Thank you.
