Horrible company
Technician (Former Employee) –  Bowmanville26 September 2018
Trilinks Bowmanville will promise you hours and make u feel everything is okay. When you start the job is when you realise they have no jobs for u. They can send u home after 2hrs or 3hrs of your start shift.. All they tell you is that oh we have a lot of prOjects at hand waiting for approval;) It gets so worst that they will tell you not to even come in at all for some days. Guys watch out before you quit your job to work for this fake promising company..

Exciting, challenging
Technical Services (Current Employee) –  Bowmanville, Ontario20 March 2013
It is a fun challenging work environment. Being in the wireless industry, the company has to deal with constantly changing customer requirements which provides both a nice variety as well as challenges to learn new procedures and equipment. The owners of the company are very hands on and do not hesitate to jump in and help out whenever it is required.

Being in a service industy, customers are always calling us to help out with last minute issues. For the most part the company does a good job at ballancing this with employee personal time.
Pros
constantly changing work locations and variety of work
Cons
it is not a 9-5 type of work which can make it a challenge for family life
