Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedOk place to work. Not paid great and then they expect 150% effort all the time. Very cheap company they don’t supply employees with the proper specialty tools /software they need to diagnose machine errors but want it fixed fast act like it’s your fault that the repair costs a lot. There’s lack of communication as well about repairs or what has been done to the machine in the past. They are all talk saying things will happen or change but never happens. Lots of variety in machines to work on. Good group of guys to work with.
Pros
Coworkers decent
Cons
Cheap company

6 September 2023Thank you for confirming how strong and good our service team is to work with. Not sure the rest of your review is accurate. The company has put great effort and investment into shop tools, safety, yard upgrades that should really increase employee satisfaction. I would question someone writing a review online when we have open discussions at our bi-weekly meetings as well as reviews. Please reach out directly to discuss. Dave 226-962-6106 Thank you
Fun But...Shady
Shop (Current Employee) - Guelph, ON - 1 August 2023
They are a great company with a great team that works in the shop always joking with each other and having a fun work day while getting work done But they have done some shady task that don't seem fair or even right to be doing.
Pros
Free Lunch's and great Team

8 August 2023Good morning, It's great to hear the culture in the shop is really going well. Can you explain the "shady task" comment as we are committed to addressing anything that isn't up to our standards as we discuss at our bi-weekly safety meetings. Thank you
Great company that's growing
It's been a really positive experience working here. The company is undergoing a period of change in response to continued growth in the business. They're evolving the work environment, and the culture, and building a great team.
If you're a new grad from a Heavy Equipment Operator program, or if you already have the experience, you'll find a great opportunity to start or build your career here.
If you're an Apprentice Mechanic interested in getting your 421A we have Senior Mechanics and Journeymen who can oversee your development.
Overall, it's a great place to land, and I have no trouble recommending the company.
