TransX was founded in 1963 by company President and Owner Louie Tolaini. Louie's entrepreneurial journey began in 1959 when he purchased his first truck to service Western Manitoba's oilfields. Soon he saved enough money to start a business, and in 1963 he bought a trucking business to haul general freight and livestock between Virden, Manitoba and Winnipeg, Manitoba - thus TransX was born. Great co-workers/management and fair pay
Enjoyed my 3 years of employment working in the shop, co-workers and other mechanics are very friendly and willing to give you a hand whenever needed. Management was never to be feared of and would always work with you as long as you had a good work ethic and attitude. Pay was fair, and raises were given throughout my employment. They are a mes to work with dispatch is a joke when you can get a hold of one . Also expected me to pay for a US phone plan for their use and I said no you want to call me get me a company phone.

Avoid the stress, Cooperate Thugs
They do everything possible to make sure that Owner op doesn’t make enough money to feel like a winner. Their philosophy is; if you keep him hungry you keep him on the road pushing hard.
