Management and dispatchers were very easy to communicate with and were generally concerned about my safety and work conditions

Very well managed company who balanced customer needs with driver needs effectively. Wages were at the top end of industry standards. Equipment very well maintained with problems looked after in a timely fashion

Lots of Miles.
Driver (Current Employee) –  Ayr, ON3 March 2017
Equipment is good. Treated fair. Could always use a raise, but seem to be pretty average on the pay structure. I'm home when I want to be and out as much as I want. Not pushed. Benefits are the normal benefit plan. Nothing special, but are paid for by the company.
Pros
New equipment lots of miles
Cons
None so far

unfortunately I am unable to rate this company at this time. This is due to confidentiality agreements signed at the time of receiving this employment.

They run all over the country but the worst freight by far is the North West and BC. I just don't like to run there and with late model equipment - it's a nightmare of breakdowns and delays which the companies forces you to sign rediculous aggreements as to not pay for breakdown time, waiting times and hours of service reset times on the road in frigit weather.

Most enjoyable part was quitting.
Pros
assigned tractor, safe vehicle parking
Cons
late model equipment, limited office hours, 2 week pay periods
