I was in charge of the operation
Written by GENERAL MANAGER (Former Employee) from Burnaby, BC on 6 October 2018
The hours were quite long. I worked 7am to 6pm each day and on weekends.
The job though stressful was rewarding as I saved the business and it was a success when I left.
The hardest part of the job was the product (skilled tradesmen) They were very unmotivated and often did not show up for work.
The most enjoyable was winning new accounts which I - more... did on a weekly basis. One month I won 5 new accounts. I did all of the business development. - less
Proscontrol
Consworkers were unpredictable
