You have to speake spanish to get far in the company

I did help the company to be established with the Canadian roles regarding the GST and the Payrolls and their target is to bring employees from Spain.

I liked the friendly environment.

I did not like using other than English in our meetings. Also, all reports had to be send to Spain and some of the receivers did not speak English.

Worst Company Ever

Construction Worker (Former Employee) – Fort McMurray, AB – 6 March 2018

Stay away from this company. They force you to work 60 hour work weeks with no additional compensation. Pay their own (Spanish speaking expats) more in LOA plus salary uplift for site. They got a travel allowance plus bonuses that Canadian content never got. Were investigated by Employment Standards numerous times and even audited by Revenue Canada. Tried to make LOA a taxable benefit and have emplyees pay the taxes after audit. Lowest of the low. Never worked for such a horrendous company in my life. Worst experience ever. Safe to say I would never work for them again or recommend them.

Empresa Multicultural que se enfrenta en varias areas entre ellas energias y oil and sand, donde me desarrolle con un soporte tecnico desde las oficinas centrales hasta el reconocimiento del desempenio que ejercia, buenos lideres y conocedores de su profesion. desde la fase de estudio del area, hasta el comisionado.

una gran grama de opciones a trabajar. en diversos proyectos al rededor del globo

Salary and benefits are the only good things. Management is rude and unpolite. They have really old culture and methodology. I would never go back there.

It is one of the best engineering company perform engineering, construction, procurement. Typically we do all the works systematically maintaining engineering codes and standards, company's references and best engineering practices. The management is great respect the engineering decision. The most enjoying part of working in this company is a very friendly environment. The hardest part of the job is to establish a bridge between Calgary team and Madrid engineering team.

Challenging workplace with many different daily activities and nice co-workers.

Every single day was a different challenge, enjoy sharing with the co-workers and subcontractors, during inspection's walk down with the client we developed a very good work relationship based on respect and knowledge about the about items and equipment inspected.
Most of the times the management understood the reason for some delays, even when there was a new activity assigned to be inspected.

Accommodation, Medical Insurance, Home leave Airplane Tickets for me and my Wife were paid by the company

Nice company to work for

Good experience

Very good experience working with TR, family atmosphere. Hardest part of the job was miscommunication. Management were top notch and new which direction they wanted to go.

Field Project Management (Former Employee) – Fort McMurray, AB – 9 November 2016

Worst of the worst as far as companies. Double standards - Spanish treated like royalty but anyone else is totally expendable. Forced to work 60 hours per week with no overtime pay. Rotation leave is part of earned vacation. All staff receive same amount of vacation - 3 weeks regardless of position or experience. No compensation for travel time. Very demanding rotation of 10 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Absolutely no support from management. Paid monthly versus bi-weekly. No uplift to work at site. Several different variations of contract when everyone is staff leads to high discontent and discrimination.

A pay cheque in a difficult market.

Cons

Long days, extremely long rotations, no paid OT or travel time.

Worst company I ever worked for. Bad experience working for them.
Pretend to come bear hunting in Canada with the attire and weapons they have used to do business in underdeveloped countries can only rush them into failure

Typical Middle east pay, culture & treatment. They will trick you to sign contract,(with lot of false promise) Once Contract signed, they will lock you for one year & block you from working for all their contractors, subcontractors etc.,

Poor pay, no overtime pay(forced to work 60 hours & more), no value for human, middle east treatment you will get. ONCE CONTRACT SIGNED, U cannot quit otherwise they will block you from ossa companies

Dyanmic and fast pace company.

It is a good place to work. Co-workers and supervisor are very friendly and cooperative. I learnt how to face the conflict with peers and other stake holders.

Cultured place to work!

Busy work enviroment

Everyday is different depending on the volumes of emails, meetings and documentation that needs to be processed. Things that must be done within a work day is assure that we are keeping up to date with our schedules. We have to be on top of our Document Control documents assuring our libraries are up to date and we have the latest and greatest revision; and also assuring we are issuing proper revisions to subcontractors. With Turnover we must be determined in collecting all QC information and having everything signed off and turned over as per due date.
