Right now they hiring quickly. From the time I applied to when I was hired was 3 months.

They never called my references. Took 3 months from application to start date.

They say the do but I don't think they actually check. I woudnt worry about it they are desperate for people anyway. They hire anyone now. It's sad.

Yes. The hiring process takes anywhere from 2 months- 2 years and all background checks are done by management.
