Public Works Superintendent (Former Employee) – Woodstock, NB – 10 November 2012
Most days start with driving the streets making work list. I learned how to work with unionised employees. The management was there if you needed them, but there was a lot you needed to learn on your own. The crew was good once they accepted you, but not being in the union it was a challenge The biggest part of the job was trying to make the town's people happy. The most reward for the job was making a difference for the staff and having no complaints from the town people.
