Great place for part time work

Fun staff and good management. The community centre's can be alot of fun as a part time job. Generally management was very flexible with scheduling around a students life.

Great atmosphere. You start off with some hours and can work up to the full part-time hours if you really want too!

I've loved my job for the last couple years, but I've been trying to move up and out of the part-time job and it's been difficult. Management controls who moves up and stays where they are no matter what. I wish I was able to move up because of my actions and not because of people I know.

Productive and great work environment

I Enjoyed working there. I Learnt something new daily. Helpful staff. i Received extensive training and was confident of being successful. Management was very accomodative with timings.

Productive and fun place to work for the most part

Enjoyable and fun place to work but the down side was poor upper management, lots of people in the wrong positions with out the credentials to back them. Regular mid Management workers were great! Be careful who you trust!!

They ask scenario questions. Example- "You have a customer on the phone with you and a line up of people at your desk. what do you do?" Answer: Ask for the callback info of the person on the phone and quickly explain to them the situation, give them a time frame of when you'll call back. Hang up because people that are physically at your desk are priority.
