The Internal Responsibility System (IRS) does not exist within this organization. The Safety Inspector position is basically a 24/7 shift work, on-call, and in-house Minstry of Labour Inspector role. Management team support is lacking and many have poor social skills. Work/Life balance is terrible. Overall work culture is basically a workaholic work culture. Many TTC staff are leaving the organization for better opportunities with other organizations.

Fun workplace to work at during the summer

Pays extremely well for a student You either get to work alone or with a team For a summer job it can help you have a permanent position within the TTC once done with the summer program
