Great team and management
Great colleagues to work with, growth can feel stagnant at times but overall good health care environment. Turnover is pretty low because of the positive work environment overall

Great workplace
Really good supervisors. I got laid off so I miss working there. But it can be difficult to get an internal job due to intense competition. Pay is good.
