The typical day at Coach (Outlet) as a sales associate is to be given a what they call a "one minute meeting" by a manager at the start of your shift. The "one minute" typically describes the business goals for the day and month etc. as well as anything of importance. Then you're told a zone in the store to be in which switches every hour. You pretty much cannot move from your zone or speak to your coworkers because it seen as not doing your job. They want you to only focus on the customers and sell. Lots of mandarin or chinese customers, family oriented customers and tour busses. High traffic when busy, and most times it can be extremely dead since it's an outside mall.
